Big Projects
I prefer to have at least one client that really places
me in the midst of their company almost like an employee.
Often I am trouble-shooting and/or creating a new position.
I can work out all the details, create the job description
so that the owner or department head has a chance to really
think through their needs and desires before making
a commitment to an employee. Once the new details are worked
out with me, I can interview for the new job position, hire
and train. By being in the midst of the organization, I can
keep up to date with current advancements, trends, and yes,
frustrations.
In large consulting projects I have created and filled the
roles of CFO, COO, Marketing Manager, SBA loan acquisition
and implementation, corporate relocation manager, and cost
accounting/budget projections...to name a few.
