Projects
A fabricator was experiencing great success and growth
in his business. He was employing others to handle the
actual fabrication and found himself in a new level
as business owner/manager. His business had grown by
word of mouth because of the quality of his work and
his personable nature. For continued growth he knew
that marketing and sales were areas he should take on,
yet this was new territory. We began working together
on a marketing strategy. Together with his staff we
created brochures, a trade show booth, samples of his
work and lists of contacts. While working with him I
realized that he was very comfortable talking about
the fabrication method itself he loved to educate
about the wide variety of uses for his product. So we
developed a slide show that was scripted to educate
about the product. Potential clients were easier to
face when they were simply new acquaintances ready to
learn.
