Small Projects

Two men came together to create a partnership. One had a general contracting license and the other a real estate broker’s license. They wanted an objective source to review the business plan they created and generate some ideas for implementation. After an initial meeting and planning, they knew their next steps. They placed me on retainer for a few months as a simple way to finalize the implementation of their plan. Other small projects have included developing personnel manuals; being an objective 3rd party involved in employee reviews; creating job descriptions; interviewing and hiring for positions; and interviewing employees to create internal procedures.
