Donna Marie assisted my business partner and I in refining our roles at a time when our business was changing and evolving. The unique skill that Donna Marie possesses is stepping into a business environment and very quickly understanding how the business works, objectively observing the players and deducing their strengths and weaknesses. She not only is gifted with people development; she hasgreat organizational strengths and know-how to initiate, follow through to completeany project she undertakes.

Our companies, Northwest Transcription Specialists and Silvercreek MTISC, Inc. provide medical transcription service and education/training for medical transcription students – both occur virtually nationwide. We underwent major changes as we centralized our operations at our Oak Harbor office in September of 1999. We had new IT systems, a new partnership, and were in the process of developing a new curriculum for our school. Donna Marie’s assistance in helping my partner and I define our roles in our partnership was invaluable.

Donna Marie also has worked with me on a personal basis in helping me redefine my priorities in order to find a balance that I so badly needed. She was able to help me look at the different aspects of my life and make decisions on what needed to be done before I could tackle other things that I wanted to do. Donna Marie possesses keen insight on how people feel and think, and is so supportive of the people that she works with. I always felt that she truly cared about what I was going through and yet was objective and honest in her appraisals of my situation.
